Monthly rental of a marina-owned storage shed. For storage of personal items associated with your berth. Subject to availability and marina approval. 

Monthly rental of a marina-owned storage container. Provides additional secure storage within the marina. Subject to availability and marina approval. 

Additional allocated parking space for residents requiring parking above their standard allowance. Subject to availability and marina approval. 

Monthly storage for boat, vehicle or general-purpose trailers. Storage location will be allocated by the marina. Subject to available space. 

Monthly storage for cars or vans belonging to non-residents. Vehicles must be roadworthy and appropriately insured where applicable. Subject to available space and marina approval. 

Short-term overnight storage for plant, machinery or trailers. Suitable for contractors and other approved users requiring temporary secure storage. Must be arranged with the marina in advance. 

• Standard proximity key fob for pedestrian/vehicle gate access. Simply hold the fob against the gate reader to gain entry. £30.00
• Remote-control gate fob allowing the entrance gate to be opened from your vehicle. Provides convenient access without needing to use the gate reader. £50.00

Boat sales brokerage service including advertising, handling enquiries and assisting with the sales process. Commission is 10% of the first £10,000 of the sale price and 6% of the remaining balance. Minimum brokerage fee £1,500.
