Aire Valley Marina

Always love walking past here along the canal. Particularly beautiful in winter, especially when frozen over!

Excellent Marina despite being a little different than most marina's we have stayed at. The price couldn't be beat. We kept our boat there for a week while we traveled elsewhere so we didn't need a lot extra's. The CRT moorings in this are not the best so this place turned out to be a godsend The place is run by a very very nice couple who handle it for the owners who don't reside there. If you are looking for a slick cutting edge type of marina this is not the one. But if you want to be around a bunch of warm and interesting live aboard types this place can't be beat.

Really shocked to be reading the the last two reviews. My husband and I are new to boating and have recently moved to Aire Valley Marina. I find the community and management extremely friendly and helpful. My husband has occasionally had to work abroad and as a middle aged woman have received nothing but reassuring interaction from other residents and the management confirming they are there to help should any problems arise. As for any racist comments I find that hard to believe, as the community appears to have more than welcomed people from different backgrounds in the few months I have been here. Last summer we took our boat out for the first time and I met fellow boaters who have stayed on the Marina and had nothing but praise for the place.
